Textile architecture
Textile architecture - it is not only outdoor coffee-bars; it is the trend of modern architecture, as for example, Gothic or Baroque. Its main construction material is awning, which have already become a competent construction element, the same as: wood, stone, metal, or glass. Frej Otto, can justly be called the pioneer of this architectural trend, to whom the first project, implemented in the sixties of the last century, belongs to. The level of technology of those days did not allow constructing complicated shapes yet. Lately, the situation has significantly changed; development of the projects of this architectural trend can be compared to the mushroom growth. Application of textile architecture is very broad: starting from small-scale summer restaurants, summerhouses, stages, and ending with the roofs of the stadiums and airports.

Our enterprise produces and rents aluminum, steel,

Aluminum
• Type of structure - temporary.
• Purpose - mounting of temporary roof for various events.
• Materials - profile units of aluminum alloy, galvanized steel components, as well as PVC textile.
• Flooring - wooden or impregnated plywood.

• Advantages:
Economy maintenance - due to the light permeability of PVC textile, an artificial illumination is not required during the day.
Mobility - it is easy to demount, transport, and reassemble an awning hangar in another place. It can be done pretty fast, because the mounting of an awning hangar does not require foundation.
Steel
• Type of structure - temporary.
• Purpose - storage, aviation hangars, agricultural, or covered sheds for other mechanisms.
• Materials - welded steel structure, PVC textile.
• Flooring - asphalt or concrete ground.
• Overall dimensions - width up to 50 meters, length unlimited.
• Advantages:
Competitive price - the cost of production and mounting of such hangar is substantially lower than the cost of tin covered prototype.
Economy maintenance - due to the light permeability of PVC textile, an artificial illumination is not required during the day.
Mobility - it is easy to demount, transport, and reassemble an awning hangar in another place. It can be done pretty fast, because the mounting of an awning hangar does not require foundation.
Inflatable
• Type of structure - temporary.
• Purpose - covering of construction sites, tennis-courts, and ice-fields.
• Materials - PVC textile and air compressor.
• Flooring - flat concrete ground.
• Overall dimensions - width up to 50 meters, length up to 100 meters.
• Advantages:
Mobile - it is possible to disassemble and reassemble a hangar during a short period of time, can be operated all-year-round.
Compact - mounted hangar does not require lots of space for storage, because it does not contain stiff structural units.
Pavilions
Our enterprise produces and rents pavilions.
• Type of structure - temporary.
• Purpose - outdoor, beach coffee-houses, or premises for various events: wedding, presentation, anniversary, etc.
• Materials - profile units of aluminum or steel, galvanized steel components of the frame, PVC textile.
• Flooring - wooden of impregnated plywood.

Outdoor coffee-houses
During the operation time of the firm, we have produced the variety of outdoor coffee-houses. We had to solve the number of issues: from the most simple to very complicated projects. Maybe you will be the one who gives us the next task.
Our specialists not only design, produce, and mount, but since 2003 they also supervise and provide technical maintenance to the outdoor coffee-houses: on customer's request, we fix, disassemble, store, and assemble. Who would guarantee a better maintenance than the producer himself?!
When the sidewalk paving is not in level or simply not aesthetic, then the decorative flooring shall be laid. We can take care of this issue as well.
Decorative fences will help fencing the territory of the coffee-house as well as creating coziness. It can serve as the floor as well - made of wood, or either common or recently very fancy stainless steel, combined with decorative ropes.
For the convenience of our customers, our enterprise produces mobile and stationary bars for the outdoor coffee-houses.
Roofs
• Type of structure - temporary.
• Purpose - temporary roof for an outdoor coffee-house, shelter from direct sun, rain, or wind.
• Materials - PVC textile. Bearing structure can be produced from aluminum, black or stainless steel profiles, as well as wood.
Sunshades/parasols
Sunshades/parasols - our new product, which was introduced to our customers in 2003. Now we can offer three types of sunshades/parasols, the dimensions of which can vary depending on customer's wish. 
Metal structures
Our enterprise holds a metal processing workshop. Here you can order various metal structures: different metal frameworks, fences, stairs, gates, promotional stands, and other products.
Awnings
We produce and fix car tilts promptly and with quality. We adjust the tilts, either extend or heighten, according to TIR standard. Our tilt textile is of various technical characteristics. We produce promotional inscriptions, logotypes, and prospects.
Stretching ceilings, screens
We produce and stretching ceilings, screens.
Advertisement
We produce promotional banners/posters from awning of various shapes and dimensions, promotional shades with tin or plastic base, as well as promotional boxes with inner illumination. Several means of performing promotional inscriptions are possible: with special paint, cut out of PVC film, print on PVC (awning) textile or PVC film (photographic quality).
We render such service as HF (high frequency) welding of promotional PVC mesh.
Just after the world got to know about the creation of PVC textile, a variety of application fields appeared immediately. This textile remains one of the most popular materials today as well. In production we use PVC textile of several firms: SIOEN, DICKSON, FERRARI, HEY TEX, SATTLER and MEHLER HAKU. Speaking about the textile of standard series, the characteristics of textiles of all producers are similar:

We use this textile for the production of trailers, pavilions, as well as banners/posters.

For the production of sunshades/parasols we use a special light PVC textile HEY TEX, the square meter of which weighs only 430 g. Moreover, this textile distinguishes for a very good light permeability, what makes the product especially attractive during a sunny day. The mentioned textile appears only in white color. In addition, Blackout textile is used, which completely screens out the sun.
PVC mesh. The most common field of application is interior. From the mentioned textile we can outfit bulkheads, suspended ceiling, and blinds. Transparent mesh increases the feeling of roominess. Mesh is produced of different density as well as color.
Technology
For the junction of PVC textile we use the following:
• HF welding - welding with high frequency stream. Textile is pressed and soldered with the help of penetrating microwaves. This is the most secure, however the most expensive means of soldering.
• Soldering with hot air - blower principle. Textile is heated with hot air stream up to the melting temperature and pressed with rollers.
• Sewing. Sewing, as a rule, is not used for the junction of PVC textile. This technique is used when, for instance, you want to sew in a zipper or when it is not possible to connect the textile, using the above mentioned technique.
